The pre-organised meetings at Educ@tech Expo are direct face-to-face meetings between exhibitors and top decision makers through highly qualified contacts organised prior to the event.

As part of its “guest top decision makers” programme, Educ@tech Expo identifies the needs of education professionals and encourages contact with suppliers who can respond to their problems.

In order to allow guests to concentrate on their pre-organised appointments, Educ@tech Expo takes care of and organises transport (train or plane) and accommodation in a hotel close to the exhibition.

Top decision makers organise their own meetings thanks to a networking platform specially developed by Weyou Group.

Objectives of the business meetings:

How business meetings are organized ?

A unique digital “matchmaking” platform has been set up by our company to ensure that your appointments meet your expectations.

1 month before the exhibition, the Top decision makers and exhibitors have access to the platform in order to manage their meeting requests via the platform.

Appointments are set up in 3 steps :

This step starts 1 month before the exhibition.

It enables Top decision makers and exhibitors to view participant profiles and make appointment requests.

When the first step has been completed and all requests have been made, Top decision makers and exhibitors have access to the list of requests made in step 1.

This phase allows everyone to see the appointment wishes for which they have been invited and to respond favourably or unfavourably to them.

Once the first two stages have been completed, the platform automatically matches the wishes validated by Top decision makers and exhibitors.

A few days before the exhibition, the schedule of appointments will be communicated to you.
