Why and how should we evaluate the impact and effectiveness of digital education? Can and should everything be evaluated? What are the prerequisites for strengthening the evaluation process?
Against a backdrop of dwindling resources and reflection on digital representations and practices, it is more necessary than ever to provide evidence of the added value of digital education. By drawing on evidence-based data and an approach based on the analysis and evaluation of public policies, impact measurement represents a strong vector for consolidating digital education. Discussions will enable us to map the needs of the various players - from the research community, local authorities and the Ministry - with regard to the widespread use of impact measurement.
